That would be great. Maybe we can add a record type "custom field" with 
the fields "title" and "type" and then add the values to the realty 
records with IRRE using m:n relations with attributes. What do you think 
of this?

I think we can make more fields excludefield so they can be hidden for 
some BE user groups. Would you like to make a list of fields which you 
would like to be able to hide and create a patch for this?
