[TYPO3-project-realty] order by for tinytext bug

Hello Oliver,

There is a bug in sorting records for fields like price, total_area.
This happends because these fields have tinytext type. 
For example, when I order by buying_price, I will have something like 
this:
10
100
110
20
25
250
30
300

Have already tried to fix it?
Or may be have any ideas how to fix?
