[TYPO3-piwik] Fatal Error in Module and Extension Manager settings

Hi Tizian,

I assume that you're the same (name is equal ;) ) guy who opened the bug
report ;)

There errors occured because of structural and API changes in Piwik.
So i needed to update Piwikintegration to catch the ball and correct the
problems. The current version of piwikintegration should work fine with
the newest Piwik version.
