Hi Jonas,

I do not use real ip based blocking, but EXT:piwikintegration do block 
be users from being tracked.

I recommend blocking via .htaccess with mod_rewrite and redirect the 
output of piwik trackingcode to a js file which generates some dummy js 
classes

So you won't get the caching issues ;) as the code is the same for all 
users ;)
