[TYPO3-paymentlib] paymethod_method field missing in tx_paymentlib_transactions table

Hi,

The processor.php script of the paymentlib_offline extension tries to 
write in the paymethod_method field of the tx_paymentlib_transactions 
table, but that field doesn't exist. This is related to version 0.2.0 of 
paymentlib_offline. Version 0.1.0 didn't do that. Obviously a 
ext_tables.sql file is missing in paymentlib_offline (or a new version 
of paymentlib with update ext_tables.sql).

Should I open a bug on bugs.typo3.org or are you not using that tool?
