[TYPO3-paymentlib] Payment-Extension vrpay

Hey guys,

Does anybody know if there's a paymentlib extension "vrpay" (the payment 
solution by the german Volksbanken & Raiffeisenbanken eG)?

If not, I am definitely going to implement this in the next weeks. Are 
there any documents on how to implement a paymentlib extension (I am 
fairly new to this area)? or should I check the existing paymentlib 
extensions?
