[TYPO3-paymentlib] Set merchantID from typoscript, No solution yet?

I just tried uinstalling and installing the paymentlib_quickpay ext. 
again, which reminded me, that I get the error message:

The running version of extension "paymentlib" (0.2.1) is lower than 
required (0.3.0)

Is this perhaps the answer? Im working with the wrong paymentlib?
