[TYPO3-news] RSS Feed help please

Hello,
I want to set up a RSS Feed on my site. Typo3 6.2.14, tx_news 3.0.1
I used the plain Typoscript from the manual 
(https://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/extensions/news/AdministratorManual/BestPractice/Rss/Index.html).

But when I want to open the site, I get this error: #1294587217: The 
page is not configured! [type=9818][]. This means that there is no 
TypoScript object of type PAGE with typeNum=9818 configured.

what do I do wrong?
