[TYPO3-news] picture related issues with news extension in combination with Typo3 7.1

thanks for your response! Now I have the buttons. It seems that something was disabled or that there was a caching problem with the config.

Hi David,

is the FAL option enabled in the extension configuration (set settings ext:news in extension manager).

That should add the default upload fields as you know them from normal content elements.
