Hi all,

I just pushed a bunch of changes regarding the automagic update of
index records after moving/renaming a file.

As far as I tested it, it works fine. There may however be some edge
cases where the stuff still fails - we'll see. There are some tests
regarding the index update, that stuff is however rather hard to test,
as it involves quite a lot of steps. But maybe this can be simplified
a bit - I'll have a look at it again tomorrow.
