[TYPO3-media] FAL Issues cleanup

Hi guys,

as you might have noticed, I did some cleaning up of the FAL project's 
issue tracker today.

This is the updated list of issues:
http://forge.typo3.org/projects/typo3v4-fileabstractionlayer/issues

The tracker should now cover most of the actual todos required for the 
core integration. All old and outdated issues have been removed.
