[TYPO3-l10nmgr] l10nmgr v3 XML export/import

Hi there!

 

Today I fixed some problems in l10nmgr v3. Could somebody of you please test
if export and import are running?

The performance, however, still seems to be rather low


 

  is now preserved in XML export. I added an extra entity declaration
so the XML is still well-formed.
