[TYPO3-l10nmgr] Developing l10nmgr

Hi Folks,

This week I hope to improve l10nmgr in a number of ways. 

Generally, I will be gone from the collaboration for long periods, then
surfacing during times I work for my client. Sorry for that
inconvenience, I trust you can manage it yourself in the meantimes.
Also, I will therefore now "hang out" on this list a lot and if you have
questions I have to read, please notify me by email.
