[TYPO3-kickstarter] Old Kickstarter GRSP Problem

Hi,

I try to "develop" 2 simple ext with the old kickstarter on TYPO3 4.6.6. 
With both, the "General Records Storage Page" (GRSP) disappears. On 
uninstall, it reappears again.

Does anybody have the same experience? Anyone can give me a hint, why 
this happens?
