[TYPO3-kickstarter] No Startingpoint in simple FE Ext PlugIn - bug?

Hi,

I created a simple extension with the latest kickstarter from the SVN 
from Forge on a Typo3 4.4.4, using MAMP.

The extension has  with 1 table with 4 fields, I added 1 FE plugin as 
"Plugin" which has its table as source for data.

After that I entered some data in a SysFolder and inserted the FE-Plugin 
on a normal page. No data was shown, so I wanted to asign the Sysfolder 
in the StartingPoint field - but this field does not show. Never. It 
used to in earlier version...

Am I doing sth very wrong here? Or could this be a bug...?
