[TYPO3-kickstarter] Ceating BE-Module - Deleting them again - traces are left

Hi,

When creating BE Modules and later deleting them again, traces are left. 
On Update and View, an error message pops up:

Fehler: Die MD5-Summe der Datei 
"xxx/class.tx_spextras_tx_sevenpack_authors_tx_spextras_researcharea.php" wich 
von der der Originaldatei ab. Die Datei ist defekt!

These are the value that are listed in the "Load preset fields: ..." at 
the very bottom of a table configuration. There is no button to remove 
those entries, neither can I find a way to delete those entries manually 
from the doc/wizard_form.dat file because of its (to me very) confusing 
sturucte.

Is this a normal behaviour? Or do I oversee a button to delete those 
entries?

I use the latest kickstarter revision via SVN which should be 0.5.0-dev 
on TYPO3 4.4.4.

Any help is very welcome!
