[TYPO3-formidable] error while using hdbmm extension

Unlike the DBMM data handler in FORMidable 1.x, the dhdbmm extension for
FORMidable 2.x XCLASSes the normal DB data handler. So you need to use
the DB data handler, not the DBMM data handler, and just provide it with
the mm tables.
