No, I'm located in a GMT+1 timezone.

The problem isn't that the time is shifted - it always the same value.

Another (probably related) problem is that the datepicker doesn't show
the already entered date + time when it is opened, but the current date
+ time. (This only occurs if manual edition is disabled.)
