[TYPO3-project-formidable] Template Engine: Bug when using isLoggedIn().isFalse() twice

One question regarding
 <!-- ###isLoggedIn().isFalse() perimeter### begin-->
{requiredTextRenderlet}
 <!-- ###isLoggedIn().isFalse() perimeter### end-->

If the user is logged in the TEXT renderlet with the name
requiredTextRenderlet is not shown.
That is ok, but why does the validator of the renderlet
requiredTextRenderlet nevertheless checking if everything is right.
I set a required validator, because not logged in users have to write
something in this field. But logged in user don't need this field, but
cannot submit the form, because of the validator check.

Is the only solution to work with two formidable xml - files which are quite
the same one one with the TEXT renderlet requiredTextRenderlet and one
without?

Hoping for a answer within this week.
