[TYPO3-project-formidable] Patch: clean up DH_DBMM

Hi,

I've cleaned up the DBMM data handler (1.1 branch only):

- use @var
- use !empty instead of count
- use the third person in some comments
- use spaces after = in SQL
- use guard clauses
- drop an obsolete class comment
- update the copyright to 2009

The patch for the 1.1 branch is attached.
