thanks for your answers.

The textbox and listbox wouldn't be enough for what I would need. The example 
with the web url was only a small example and one case, where I would like 
such a feature. But thanks for this suggestion.

For the background - the form is for entering information about cycling tours 
and to give additional information to other users there should be elements, 
where the user may add information about lodging, food, tourist 
information, ... and because this varies if a cycle ride is one day or a week 
or longer, a variable number would be nice. 
First shot was, to use a textfield and the use enters it as (s)he likes but 
with some more structure in the form the information might be more useful, 
because it's more readable and may be validated before submit.
