[TYPO3-project-formidable] Crash with FORMidable 0.7.0 when rendering a form for the first time

Hi everybody,

when I render the Seminar Manager's registration form for the first time 
(when FORMidable's disk cache in typo3temp is still empty), FORMidable 
0.7.0 crashes:

FORMidable : Mayday
TYPE '' is not associated to any RENDERER(Total exec. time: 0.034 sec)
Call 0: 
/html/typo3conf/ext/ameos_formidable/api/class.tx_ameosformidable.php:1009 
| tx_ameosformidable->_initRenderer
EMPTY!

When I reload the page, the problem is gone.

Does this ring a bell for anyone? Is this a common problem with FORMidable?
