Hi,

First of all thanks for that great framework. I just started with it and it
looks very good for me.

Please, fix the problem with rendering DATE in Russian localization.
File: api/base/rdt_date/res/lib/js_calendar/lang/calendar-ru.js
missing line: Calendar._FD 
Please, set to 
Calendar._FD = 1
(In Russian locales week usually starts at Monday)
It does not work without this line.
