[TYPO3-project-formidable] Pager for renderlet:LISTER

Hello,

I'm using a pager in a renderlet:LISTER but the property "/pager/window"
doesn't work properly.

I've done some changes to solve this problem. I send you attached a patch
for revision 160. Please, apply this patch to next FORMidable releases.
