LOL - 350 MB. I've didnt noticed that earlier.

I've made some tests - the same tutorial reendered with pallets and 
without pallets. Tutorial has 2min 10 sec:

1) with pallets
output file: 3,1 MB   - firefox memory usage    140 MB

1) without pallets
output file: 6,6 MB   - firefox memory usage    409 MB!!!

So what you can make is to reduce size of the movie by using pallets.

Lets hope the author of the Wink will fix the bug soon.
