[TYPO3-project-formidable] Doxygen adopted

Hello list,

We're going to maintain a doxygen DOC of each svn builds available at 
www.ameos.com/formidable since revision 71

The documentation will be generated by Asbjørn Morell (big thx!), and 
hosted at:

http://doc-formidable.ameos.com/0.7.71/

Where the last part of the path is the version of formidable ( remember 
that in 0.7.71, 71 refers to svn revision of the build )
