Ho i don't explain my problem so good :)

In fact, even if I put information in this field, I can't access to it from
php.

I make this change and I can't be redirect to the php class. The loading
circle turn and turn but nothing is done...

I think that I use a box and not a modal box. It's to bad but I have other
problem with formidable so if i can resolve this one like this...
