Hi,

I think that the problem is when the third param (record uid) when I
init the form. Maybe this param it isn't well used to edit a record,
however when I use the form to create a new record this works properly.

My PHP code to init the form (http://pastebin.com/m772bb8e3):
// Init the form
$this->oForm->init( $this, t3lib_extmgm::extPath($this->extKey) .
'res/xml/pi1/test.xml', 2);
