[TYPO3-extbase-kickstarter] bug: tca.php location

Hi!
When I create new plugin, the Tca.php is located in 
/confguration/tca.php instead of /confguration/TCA/tca.php, while in the 
ext_tables.php it still points to different location:
'dynamicConfigFile' => t3lib_extMgm::extPath($_EXTKEY) . 
'Configuration/TCA/tca.php'

So after every save I have to manually change the location of tca.php.

I use latest SVN versions of kickstarter, extbase and fluid on windows 
with XAMPP.
