Hi folks,

as you may know I'm currently working on revising the TYPO3 CMS 'Getting Started' tutorial.

On T3DCOS14 Xavier gave me a short introduction in EXT: 'Sphinx Documentation' and 'ReST' an all things work fine so far.

Because the Introduction Package isn't included in the TYPO3 CMS package I had to rewrite some paragraphs - no problem.

But, the index side (Labels for cross-referencing) of the manual keeps containing the old references (headlines) and the new paragraph's headlines are ot added automatically on performing a re-rendering of the document, i.e. pressing the 'Go' button in 'Sphinx Documentation'. 

The rest of the document is rendered fine. Just the reference index won't be updated.

Is there some thing going wrong, do I forget something or do I have to edit/build the reference index manually?

Any assistance/help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
