[TYPO3-doc] Structure of (future) docs.typo3.org

Hi all,

During our code sprint, Fabien made massive updates to the Chef recipe
used to build our development server (build.docs.typo3.org). He
continued work after that and has now achieved a satisfying state,
although the server is not yet running fully properly.

As you may also know the structure of the current docs.typo3.org is not
satisfying, as

1) all files are served from within Martin's home directory

2) the Flow application (even if unfinished) is not running on it at all.

OTOH on the dev server, only the Flow application is running so far.
Which is why we need to discuss the final structure of the new server,
so that it can server the manuals as it does now, while also running the
Flow application.

I don't think that the topic is very complicated, I just want to have it
all written down at some point.

My proposal is that we have the web root in some sensible place,
according to whatever best practice is followed by the Server Team.
Probably something like /var/www/htdocs or some such.

This root would contain all the structured currently found in Martin's
home directory.

I would run the Flow application in a sub-directory ("application" for
example) rather than from a subdomain.

What do you think?

Cheers
