[TYPO3-doc] Branch handling for documentation rendering

It seems calling the request_rebuild.php needs to be done per branch... The following exist:

http://srv123.typo3.org/~mbless/git.typo3.org/Packages/TYPO3.Flow.git.make_1.0/request_rebuild.php
http://srv123.typo3.org/~mbless/git.typo3.org/Packages/TYPO3.Flow.git.make_1.1/request_rebuild.php
http://srv123.typo3.org/~mbless/git.typo3.org/Packages/TYPO3.Flow.git.make_2.0/request_rebuild.php
http://srv123.typo3.org/~mbless/git.typo3.org/Packages/TYPO3.Flow.git.make_2.1/request_rebuild.php
http://srv123.typo3.org/~mbless/git.typo3.org/Packages/TYPO3.Flow.git.make/request_rebuild.php

But for 1.0 no documentation seems to be rendered and for 1.1 and 2.0 requesting a rebuild does not seem to have an effect.
