[TYPO3-doc] PDF rendering question / request for review

I tried a bit locally, already changed two "painted" tables to "simple"
tables (see
http://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/drafts/github/xperseguers/RstPrimer/#tables)
and this works better.

Now the problem is

! Package inputenc Error: Unicode char \u8:⏎ not set up for use with LaTeX.

=> so the "continuing line" character is undefined. We currently have no
support for really special characters, I'll have to find a clever way of
doing that (using custom mapping) and put that into the official TYPO3
LaTeX package but for now I'll remove them while trying to get a PDF, I
hope I'm soon over and will send you a patch you'll be able to rework if
wanted.
