[TYPO3-doc] tag cloud out of date

Hello,

the tag cloud of the wiki page is out of date.

http://wiki.typo3.org/Main_Page

2008 - 2010 are still in big letters, where 2013 is at the end and in 
small letters. The years 2014-2016 are missing.
Unsupported versions of TYPO3 should be removed from this page.
