Actually not, Philipp Gampe suggested to use http://ace.ajax.org (see
associated Forge entry, linked in the video's description) so I used the
most straightforward way (loaded from external resource) with the
"Github" theme and the "Markdown" syntax highlighting.
Currently I could not find a "ReST" highlighter, maybe we should create
one based on markdown.

That the "beauty" of EXT:sphinx, it does the whole for you, so yes you
need it but you can install/configure it with a few click, locally to
your website, not globally on your server/laptop. So no need to
self-compile or read through wiki how to do.
