[TYPO3-doc] Identify extensions with reST manuals

Nothing really exciting: just opening a t3x file, looking at the files 
included and determining if this extension has a reST manual or not :-)

I think you guys already answered my question: a check for 
"Documentation/Index.rst" and maybe "README.rst" should do the job.
