[TYPO3-doc] Cleaning up sysext manuals

I opened a thread in the Core list about the cleanup of migrated sysext 
manuals. Your feedback there is welcome.

I intended to copy the mail to this list too, but I got the list's 
address wrong ;-) (shame on me).
