[TYPO3-doc] TYPO3 Documentation on Ohloh

Hi all,

Since our documentation is now based on a text format, I thought it 
would be nice to register it with Ohloh and have some metrics about the 
project. So here you go:

It was definitely not essential, but it didn't take very long to do. It 
seems like Ohloh thinks the ReST files are Python though.

BTW the project already existed, but was empty.
