Which would mean that they are still very import. So they should
be (easily!) available.

I'm very much in favour of having everything accessible easily.
Being outdated or unmaintained is not a problem as long as
everything is labeled and declared correctly.

So why not make docs like that available at:
(I'm looking for the correct label - so please help!)

One of
http://docs.typo3.org/ .../

- /ancient/
- /antique/
- /antik/
- /oldtimes/
- /ancienttimes/...
- /historical/...
- /museum/...
- /outdated/

Personally I'm very interested in having those manuals available
as well. So I'd be happy to do the work.

Next idea: We could use a slightly modified Sphinx theme for the
rendering of those manuals which contains a "stamp" and hint on
each page telling something like "Attention: this is an ancient
and historical document ..."

It's just a matter of giving the right name to everything.

Another advantage would be: Though being very old those old
manuals still represent something we have in mind. And having them
around as ReST text would make creating a new manual easier.

I like /ancient/ ...

Martin
