[TYPO3-doc] Better make those documentation tables vertical. What do you think?

In the last docteam meeting we asked whether it might be a good idea
to give up some of those big tables we've been using so far in the
OpenOffice documents. And we decided to run a little test.

I've done a quick hack now to provide an impression:
