[TYPO3-doc] Converting legacy manual.sxw to reST

Hello,

To let you know, there is now two on-line services for converting legacy manual.sxw to reST files.

* there is a script that you can run in your console:

  $> get-the-docs convert manual.sxw

  more info: http://preview.docs.typo3.org/getthedocs/service-cli.html

* a web form - http://preview.docs.typo3.org/getthedocs/service-convert.html

I have tested both successfully but let me know if you encounter any problems.

BTW, I am still waiting for a feedback regarding the Home of "get-the-docs". What should be our Git
Repository for that? Would it be OK "Documentation/GetTheDocs.git" ?
