[TYPO3-doc] How to get all manuals?

Heyla,

I do not post patches or fixes, but I can imagine submitting changes to
documentation or at least helping out with formatting. I guess there needs to be
some work done in that area. Where can I find all info to be able to contribute
to that? It probably means setting up GIT right?
