[TYPO3-doc] Another reST tool

Hi,

Looks good and promising according to the Wireframes. Though, I can't install it on Mac OS (in a
straight forward way). I will be waiting for some feedbacks whether the tool is worth mentioning as
a recommendation in the Doc Template.

Any Ubuntu / Linux users, around?
