[TYPO3-doc] [reST migration] Finding a short name for each manual

As it seems wiser to go with longer names to avoid ambiguities, here's 
an updated proposal along the lines of MartinH's remarks. One thing to 
remember however, is that these keys can be only alphanumeric (as a 
limitation of Interpshinx). So this is how they could look like, if 
using a lower camel-case convention:

book_extbase_fluid    => bookExtbase
doc_core_api          => coreApi
doc_core_cgl          => coreCgl
doc_core_inside       => coreInside
doc_core_services     => coreServices
doc_core_skinning     => coreSkinning
doc_core_tca          => coreTca
doc_core_ts           => coreTs
doc_core_tsconfig     => coreTsconfig
doc_core_tsref        => coreTsref
doc_guide_install     => guideInstall
doc_guide_l10n        => guideL10n
doc_guide_security    => guideSecurity
doc_tut_editors       => tutEditors
doc_tut_quickstart    => tutQuickstart
doc_tut_templating    => tutTemplating
doc_tut_ts45          => tutTs45
