[TYPO3-doc] Reshaping the Documentation Team

Hi!
I am new in this mailing list but I wrote some documentations for TYPO3.
I am native german and speaking/writing englisch fluently. In a few
months I am an studied Technical Writer (Bachelor of Arts).
So I am looking forward to work with you.
