Obviously, this is a must for the Core documentation, especially since
we would like to enable the possibility to have user comments. This
wouldn't make sense on a single huge file.
I'm fine if extensions authors are forced to use a single file, though
if we manage to find a simple way to enable "split" manuals, it would of
course be convenient. But it's definitely not a top priority.
