[TYPO3-doc] DocBook: first sample manual

Hi all,

I have committed a new version of the sample manual [1]. We had a good 
discussion I think, with a lot of feedback and I consider this newly 
committed version to be final. This doesn't mean that things cannot 
still be discussed, but that IMO we can move on to other steps now and 
come back to this topic only when errors or improvements crop up.
