[TYPO3-doc] Documentation budgets

Hi,

thanks for talking about this detailed. That's clear now for these two projects. I think with the two budgets it's for shure that these two projects are successful.


By the way we do 100% voluntary work in the wiki - for the wiki there is no budget. I don't think this is needed. What contributors do here and what I do as administrator is by free.
