[TYPO3-doc] Shared versions for official documentation

Hi all,

I have recently discovered the usage of "shared versions" on
forge.typo3.org. It is versions that are created in a parent project and
can be used by all children.

This is very convenient for the official documentation, as all manuals
are sub-projects of the official documentation project. I have thus
created a 4.5 shared version, which can be used in all sub-projects. Of
course some projects don't follow the TYPO3 Core numbering and some
already have their own 4.5 version, but it's a practice we should pick
up in the future.

Cheers
