Hello,

we also need to define what we can use as email-footer. If we all use
the same, then
- people have it easier to know what projects we're working at
- we can all have the donate-link inside
- we can have the link to our team-website where people can have
overview what we do and our goals
- We can have links to the two current projects 1. New quickstart manual
for TYPO3 4.4 and 2. Online TSref with workshop on T3DD10

For TSref we can link the wiki-page
